Since Bildrath is such a shady dude, I plan on having him attempt to sell the characters a bogus map of the land of Barovia for an outlandish price. Though his name as Lathander was forgotten eventually. In the original Ravenloft setting he came about when some people from his church came into Ravenloft and spread his teachings.

Mother Night is largely unkown, but it's possible she is based on Shar. A single night hag is CR5, and there are 3 in a coven, which brings them each up to CR7.

I really feel like Old Bonegrinder being level 4 isn't appropriate. I thought this dovetailed nicely with my own Tome of Strahd reading additions, and would definitely incorporate into another run of the campaign. At the time of writing, the final? One of my favorites was a post on adding more depth to the Tome of Strahd, and turning it into a more helpful magic item than the one-off lore dump that the hardcover gives us. Most of the posts are crosslinked to each other, so you can jump between sections. This was one of the first guides I found and read, and it was the best overview on how. Every group is obviously different with wildly different dynamics, and what works for one dungeon master will not work for all, but these resources have been an enormous help. This scenario is based on the D&D adventure Curse of Strahd, and Strahd Must Die Tonight, a distillation of that adventure designed to be run in a single night as a Halloween event.Strahd Must Die IN SPACE is a sequel to Strahd Must Die Tonight and its sequel, Strahd Must Die Again, but it’s perfectly usable as a standalone experience.
